Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery Options We offer express nationwide shipping. In select locations, 3-hour express delivery may be available.

Dispatch Timing Orders are dispatched to arrive by your selected event date. We recommend booking 3–4 days prior to your event to allow sufficient processing and delivery time.

Returns Customers are responsible for returning the garment according to the provided instructions. Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date. Late returns will incur daily late fees until the item is returned.

Delivery Delays ANNE HIRE is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or postal services (including Australia Post).
